The AC barely worked, leaving our room uncomfortably warm. Plus, the shower pressure was weak, and the water was cold. We also had a frustrating experience with the shuttle—communication was terrible, and getting help felt like a chore.

The breakfast was delicious for vegetarian.

Hotel Villa Malpensa impressed me with its efficient shuttle service and warm staff welcome. The modern yet classic room offered a stunning view of the gardens. A tasty breakfast available from 5 am made for a stress-free morning before my early flight. Truly a lovely stay!

The room was comfortable, featuring a spacious bed with soft linens. Temperature control was lacking, as the AC was switched off during the night, making it uncomfortably warm. Despite being near the airport, the noise level was surprisingly low. part of our stay was marred by loud music from events and kids outside, which disrupted sleep. Helpful staff made check-in smooth, even with late arrivals. Access to a nice breakfast was a plus, but coffee service was lacking in the evening. the room was pleasant but needed attention to some comfort details.

The location was brilliant, by the Terminal 1, convenient to go everywhere. Apart from that, castello di Castelnovate was 15 minutes away by driving. I got a new-fashioned room with a personal safe, a kettle and climate control.

No doubt, it’s a magnificent hotel. It's in a beautiful building in the nice area. When I am in Vizzola Ticino, I like staying here...

Beautiful setting near the airport. Prompt shuttle service. Staff? Excellent and genuinely helpful. The mansion itself is stunning—clean rooms and an inviting exterior. the twin beds were less than comfortable. The bathroom was adequate, but the shower felt cramped. A bit tedious to clean feet. Breakfast was fresh, offering a nice variety; I appreciated that. the restaurant struggles with guest capacity, especially at lunch, and not enough dining options nearby. My room smelled of smoke upon arrival; air freshener only masked it, leading to a restless night. A minor refund for unused breakfast would have been fair. It's practical accommodation, but attention to detail is needed for a better experience.

Travelled with my colleagues, spent 1 night here and had a VERY NICE stay. The staff was efficient, attentive, no complaints. The location was stunning and favourable, just next door to the airport as well as Italy, appreciated this place.

I felt like royalty in a medieval fairytale with the opulent halls, charming corners, and exquisite cuisine. The swimming pool was a delightful oasis for relaxation.
